Electrode paste is a conductive material used for self baking electrodes in various types of ferroalloys, calcium carbide, and other ore furnaces. Due to different design parameters of the submerged arc furnace, different electrode quality parameters are required. The electrode paste used for self baking electrodes is mainly produced from high-quality Taixi anthracite, residual anode, artificial graphite, petroleum coke, and other raw materials. The electrode paste product is prepared by blending, kneading, and shaping. With the rapid development of mining heat furnace technology, electrodes, as the heart of normal operation of mining heat furnaces, require increasingly strict quality requirements for electrode paste. Our company is closely following the development of ore heating furnace technology and constantly committed to the research of electrode paste formula, process, and technology. Carbon Electrode Paste is produced by putting petroleum coke and asphalt into melting tank to dehydration, melt, then adding them into kneading pot to kneading, molding and sintering.
